A professional and efficient full service for a property in Derby

We were delighted to complete a project on an impressive property in Mickleover, Derby.

This area is directly south of the city of Derby and has seen multiple developments take place over the decades. Changing the town from a historic village (which was featured in the Domesday book) to a thriving, modern town. 

As part of a property renovation, we worked closely with the homeowners to boost kerb appeal and elevate the property’s facade. And to ensure any changes were in-keeping with the local area, only the highest quality fenestration solutions would be suitable. 

A beautiful suburban neighbourhood

Often voted as one of the best places to live in Derby, Mickleover is a neighbourhood with lots to offer. Located just a few miles from Derby city centre, this vibrant suburb is known for its close-knit community and excellent transport links. The area boasts an array of shops, supermarkets and health facilities, making it the ideal spot to settle into family life. 

A full suite service for a consistent finish

Our team was briefed to remove the existing windows, replacing them with fully finished glazed timber flush casement windows with hardwood sills. 

The overall project also included the removal and replacement of existing timber liners and architraves with additional sealing completed afterwards. The job was completed by our vastly experienced associate Paul Gamble. 

He also liaised with homeowner Julian who was overseeing other work completed as part of a wider property renovation.
